Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Use govern your use of Signoff Studio, operated by JANJAN İletişim ve Reklam Hizmetleri Ltd. Şti. (Istanbul, Türkiye). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the service.
Your account
You need an account to save signatures and use the builder. You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the activity under your account. Provide accurate information and let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
Use Signoff Studio for lawful purposes only. Don't use it to impersonate others, infringe someone's rights, upload unlawful or malicious content, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
Your content
The details and images you add to a signature remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store, process and display that content so the service works for you. You're responsible for having the right to use any logo or image you upload.
Plans and billing
Signoff Studio offers a free plan and paid plans. Plan limits and prices are shown in the app. Paid plans, when available, are billed on the cycle shown at checkout; you can cancel anytime and access continues until the end of the current period. Taxes may apply.
Intellectual property
Signoff Studio, including the website, builder and template designs, belongs to us. These terms don't transfer any of our intellectual property to you beyond the right to use the service.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service running smoothly but provide it "as is" and may change, suspend or discontinue features. We may also update these terms; significant changes will be communicated in the app or by email.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Signoff Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits arising from use of the service.
