Who we are
Signoff Studio is an email-signature creation tool operated by JANJAN İletişim ve Reklam Hizmetleri Ltd. Şti., based in Istanbul, Türkiye (the "data controller"). This policy explains what we collect when you use the website and the signature builder, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Questions or requests: [email protected].
Information we collect
When you create an account we collect your email address and, if you provide it, your name. When you build and save a signature we store the content you enter — such as name, job title, company, contact details, links and any logo or image you upload — so your signatures are available the next time you sign in. We also collect basic technical and usage data (for example device and browser type, and which features are used) needed to run and improve the service.
How we use your information
We use your information to create and secure your account, to save and display the signatures you build, to operate and improve the product, and to respond to your requests. With your consent, we may also send you product updates and tips by email — you can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
Where your data is stored
Account and signature data are stored using Supabase, our hosting and database provider, which may process data on infrastructure located outside Türkiye. We rely on this provider under appropriate data-protection terms and share only what is necessary to run the service.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it for third-party advertising. We share data only with the service providers needed to operate Signoff Studio (such as hosting and email delivery), and where required by law.
Cookies
We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in and to make the site work. We do not use advertising cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.
Your rights
Under applicable law — including Türkiye's KVKK and, where it applies, the GDPR — you can access, correct, export or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, and object to certain processing. You can delete saved signatures from your dashboard at any time, or ask us to delete your account. To exercise any right, contact [email protected] and we will respond within the period required by law.
Data retention
We keep your account and signature data for as long as your account is active. When you delete a signature or close your account, we remove the associated data, except where we must keep limited records to meet legal obligations.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves. We will revise the “last updated” date below and, for significant changes, let you know in the app or by email.
